Qin is an ancient nationality in the borderland of China , his development was influenced deeply by the tradition of Legalist ,as well as put cruel cultural policy into practice in the period of Qin Dynasty. People did not take his literature seriously and even thought Qin had no literature.From a small border area country to the first united feudal kingdom in a short time ,Qin had important contribution to China's history, economy, culture and so on. So it is very necessary for us to regard the origin and nature of Qin literature.
