Effects of Yao Nationality Herb Named "MengLaoHu" on PCIII,LN,HA,IFN-γ and TNF-α in Immunity Hepatic Fibrosis in Rats

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of MengLaoHu on the hepatic fibrosis rats.Methods The model rats of hepatic fibrosis were induced by intraperitoneal injection of porcine serum,and the effect of MengLaoHu on PCⅢ,LN,HA,IFN-γ and TNF-α in rat was observed.Results Ethyl acetate part of MengLaoHu(especially in the high dose group) could decrease the contents of PCⅢ,LN,HA,IFN-γ and TNF-α in serum,and increase the content of IFN-γ.Its effect was equivalent to that of the colchicine.Conclusion Effective part in MengLaoHu of anti-hepatic fibrosis mainly exists in Ethyl acetate part.
