Abstract

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of mental intervention for emotional disorder of anxiety - depression in patients with cancer.Methods:Patients were randomized to two groups.Patients of study group received mental intervention plus antitumor treatment BST,those of control group received antitumor treatment only.All patients were deteceted with scales of SCL -90,SDS,SAS and QOL at baseline and 4 weeks later after the treatment. Results:Compared with the control,factor scores of anxiety,depression and rivalry were significally lower in study group,and also the scores of SDS/SAS.The quality of life and somnipathy were improved.Conclusion:Appropriate mental intervention can help relieve emotional disorder of anxiety - depression in patients with cancer and improve the life quality.
