Clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery in treatment of ectopic pregnancy

Objective To research and discuss laparoscopic surgery and open surgery treatment ectopic pregnancy clinical effect.Methods Our review in May 2011 to March 2012 of 128 cases of ectopic pregnancy were patient data,more laparo scopic surgery(n = 71) and open surgery(n = 57) operation time,intraoperative amount of bleeding,anal exhaust time,uri nary catheter time,length of hospital stay,and complications of situation.Results Laparoscopic surgery group effect is superior to that open group,its operation time is open group significantly shortened,intraoperative bleeding can significantly reduce,anal exhaust time,urinary catheter time in hospital and the time was significantly shortened,complication signifi cantly reduced,two groups have significant difference,there is statistical significance(P 0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery treatment of ectopic pregnancy with shorter operation time,intraoperative less bleeding and postoperative quick re covery,fewer complications,beauty effect is good wait for an advantage,can be used as ectopic pregnancy operation treat ment of first choice.
