Liver Spleen Soup with Acupoint Sticking Therapy Functional Dyspepsia Random Parallel Control Study

[Objective] to observe the liver spleen soup with acupoint sticking therapy effect of functionaldyspepsia. [Methods]Using random parallel control method,86 cases of outpatient and inpatient were randomly divided into two groups according to roll the dice method. Control group 43 cases more Pan Li ketone,10 mg/time,3 times/d; Aluminum magnesium carbonate,0.5 g/time,3 times/d. Treatment group 43 cases of liver spleen decoction(Chaihu 12 g,Banxia 9g,Dangshen 20 g,Huangqi 6g,Huanglian3 g,Danshen 30g),1/d,Fried 300 ml water,3 times/d; Liver spleen decoction liquid of acupoint sticking,chung wan,CV 10,double parapodum three mile,4 h/times,1 / d. Continuous treatment of 30 d for 1 course of treatment. observation of clinical symptoms,symptom integral,adverse reactions. As a course treatment,judge curative effect. [Results]The treatment group(31 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,effective in 2 cases,1 had no effect,the total effective rate was 93.02%. Control group 20 cases,recovery 12 cases had marked effect,8 cases,3 had no effect,the total effective rate was 74.42%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P0.05). Symptom score in treatment group is better than that of control group(P0.05).[Conclusion]Liver spleen soup with acupoint sticking therapy effect of functional dyspepsia,is worth promoting.
