Colposcopy with cervical cytology for the diagnosis of early cervical cancer

Objective To explore colposcopy with cervical cytology for early diagnosis of cervical cancer.Methods 260 cases of gynecological diseases were treated with cervical cytology at the same time the electronic colposcopy and biopsy under colposcopy.Results The histological diagnosis of cervical pathology in 23 cases,CIN 56 cases;and cervical cancer screening colposcopy alone 12 cases,pre-cancerous lesions in 41 cases,misdiagnosised 15 cases,to the pathological diagnosis coincidence rate was 94.2%;Used the cervix of the uterus smear cytology inspection to discover suspicious 99 examples of palestinian aboveⅡlevel,leaked examines 25 examples,to the pathological diagnosis coincidence rate was 90.4%.Conclusion Cervical cytology smear with colposcopy examination,to reduce and prevent cervical cancer has important value.
