Observtion Cervical Liquid-based Cytology Smear and Colposcopy

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To evaluate clinical diagnostic value of cervical liquid-based cytology smear with colposcopy combined.METHODS Women accept screening of cervical lesions via cervical liquid-based cytology smear with colposcopy combined from January 2007 to January 2009 in our clinic,use histopathologic diagnosis as the golden standard to analyze the results.RESULTS Cervical liquid-based cytology smear check 385 cases,colposcopy exam for 406 cases,cervical liquid-based cytology smear diagnose CIN compliance rate was 70.75,80.70 for colposcopy diagnose CIN,the difference was significant(P0.05) between the two examination.CONCLUSIONS It has great value for early diagnose of cervical cancer and CIN via pathological examination of cervical liquid-based cytology smear with colposcopy combined.
