The concept of almost perfect autocorrelation sequences pairs is presented,and the theory of families of almost perfect periodic complementary binary sequence pairs(APCSPF) is given on the basis of the almost perfect autocorrelation sequences pairs.Some characters of APCSPF are discussed.The Fourier spectrum characters of APCSPF are studied,and the necessary conditions of existences are given.
