Abstract
The paper presents a new method for constructing families of perfect periodic complementary binary sequences pairs (PCSPF) by using of itpsilas the properties. As an application, a new PCSPF of length MN can be constructed by a PCSPF of length N and a PCSPF of length M. The length of new PCSPF may be odd.
