Abstract
Objective: To explore the value of multi-detector row CT with multiplanar reconstruction, maxmum intensity projection in the diagnosis of lumbar spondylolysis. Methods: For the patients who got the lumbar CT examnation between October 2009 and December 2011,the MPR was done, and for the patients who were diagnosed lumbar spondylolysis with MPR,and the MIP was done. Results: There was a total of 182 sites lumbar spondylolysis in the 87cases,and the display rate of LS with MPRand MIP was 100%.Conclusion:Multiplanar reconstruction and maxmum intensity projection of MSCT play an important role in lumbar spondylolysis.
