Abstract

Objective To study the clinical application value of 64-slice spiral CT multi-planer reconstruction(MPR)technique in the diagnosis of lumbar spondylolysis.Metheds Collecte in Mach 2008 so far in our hospital lumbar MSCT volume scan, after renconstruction post-processing detected 33 cases of lumbar spondyloysis, were analyzed sagittal renconstruction of CT performance, assess their impact on spondyloysis and secondary lesions of the display. Results MPR sagittal reconstruction images clearly show 33 cases of 70 lumbar spondyloysis, conventional axial CT scans detected only 19 cases of 37 lumbar spondylolysis,33 missed diagnosis, missed rate of 47.1%(33/70).Conclusion MSCT volume scan, sagital MPR of the lumbar spondylolysis and its associattded secondary lesion has a good display capabilities,MPR sagital imaging is the preferred imaging method of detdcting lumbar spondyolysis an secondary lesions.
