Abstract

The factors influencing the calli of indica rice differenciation frequency have been investigated during the (regeneration) process, such as regeneration medium, hormone and treatment of callus before transfer to regeneration (medium). For the calli of indica rice MS medium was better than NB medium for explant regeneration; A good combination of 6-BA and NAA was better than combination of 6-BA and ZT; The supplied active carbon reduced the browness of the calli, but inhibited the regeneration of the explant. Partial desiccation of callus before transfer to (regeneration) medium have been found that (decease) the frequency of explant regeneration of indica rice, but high osmotic (pressure) pre-regeneration treatment could (significantly) increase it.
