Abstract

Objective To analyze drug resistance state of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, so as to instruct the clinic to use antibiotics rationally. Methods The bacteria was isolated by routine method, and identified by Kangtai Company Identification System. Drug sensitivity analysis was performed by MELIAI Company drug sensitiveness plank. Results In 225 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, the sensitivity rate of antibiotics was imipenem 93.3%, piperacillin/tazobactam 92.0%, cefepime 90.7%, amikacin 85.3%, piperacillin/sulbactam 84.0%, tobramycine 81.3%,gentamicin 78.7%, respectively. The antibiotics with highest drug sensitivity rate was ampicillin (100%), SMZ-TMP (98.7%) and ticarcillin(98.7%).Conclusion The drug sensitivity rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa is high to commonly used antibiotics in our hospital. Pseudomonas aeruginosa was sensitive only to carbopenems the 4th generation of cephem antibiotics.
