Abstract
Using the response surface methodology to define the optimum technology and Phenylhydrate-sulfuric acid method to determine the content of the total polysaccharides of Ilex kudingcha C.J.Tsenggrown in different habitats. The result showed there was a significant difference in polysaccharide content fromIlex kudingcha C.J.Tsengfrom different localities, and the total polysaccharide content of Ilex kudingcha C.J.Tsengin 13different localities was:39.991 ~ 88.437 mg/g,then the highest of this was Daxin from Guangxi.Content of total polysaccharides from the same habitat in July was higher than in December and from artificial cultivation was significantly higher than in wild species.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
