Abstract

Impartially resolve the medical disputes by the Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR)is a difficult issue for medical disputes,and the impartiality influences the way whether the ADR method can be an essential part of the medical disputes resolution system.By analyzing the factors that influence the impartiality and considering the recent related methods,it gives some advice to improve ADR for medical disputes.
