Investigation and analysis of the actuality of nursing students'training for communication during clinical practice

Objective:To investigate and analyze the actuality of nursing students' training for communication during clinical practice.Methods:Using the questionnaire on the actuality of nursing students' training for communication to survey clinical tutors and nursing students.Results:1.Clinical tutors and nursing students were aware of the importance of the communication between nurses and patients.2.The traditionalclinical practice couldn't improve nursing students' communication skills.3.There were few effective trainings or lectures to improve nursing students' communication skills during the clinical practice.Conclusions: 1.The clinical tutors should be trained how to guide nursing students' communication with patients.2.It's should to design curricula of communication to train nursing students during the clinical practice.
