Effect analysis on nursing students' clinical communication capacity which with nurse-patient communication skills training

Objective:To explore effects of nurse-patient communication skills training for nursing students' clinical communication abilities.Methods:For coming into the clinical practice of our grade 2008 nursing undergraduate,272 were in the nursing experimental center simulation ward protection communication with technical training,The clinical communication skills were evaluated by a special scale training before and after 2w into clinical practice.Results:Training of nursing students before and after the training in the establishment of harmonious relationship,sequence of listening,identification of patient's problems,teamwork,passage of useful information and verification of feelings was statistically significant differences.Conclusion:Nurse-patient communication skills training can effectively improve the clinical communication ability of nursing students.
