Abstract
Objective: To observe the effects of leflunomide on the secretion of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in HaCaT cell. Methods: HaCaT cell was cultured in vitro, and treated with different concentrations of leflunmide. Concentrations of IL-6 and IL-8 were determined by ELISA. Results: spontaneously. After treatment with leflunmide, the secretion levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 decreased. The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 increased after induction of TNF-α, and decreased after leflunmide treatment. Conclusions: Leflunmide can inhibit the secretion of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in HaCaT cell.
