Consideration on Employment Quality and Ability of Higher Vocational Students

Quality and ability are two different concepts.At present,however,one of the two concepts is overemphasized in the research of employment ability and quality of higher vocational schools.It can be seen in higher vocational education that the knowledge education replaces the quality and ability education or ability education replaces quality education.Therefore,we should work out the factors influencing the student employment quality and ability,based on distinguishing quality and ability,and accordingly emphasis should be laid on quality education and ability education in order to improve students' employment quality and ability.
