Cultural Quality Education:A Must Issue for Higher Vocational College to Enhance Students' Ability to Obtain Employment

Vocational college students' employment has become the focus of public attention.The absence of cultural quality education will result in a bottleneckin students' future occupational development.From the internal consistency between strengthening cultural quality education and improving the ability of employment,analysis of the cultural quality education positive effects on students' employment ability in higher vocational colleges is carried out.Then it is advocated that cultural quality education should be strengthened from three aspects: classroom teaching,construction of campus culture and social practice,so as to promote the students' employment capability.
