Abstract
Vocational education aims to develop skilled practical talents for the front line of production,management and service.So the students' employment ability represents the direction and standard of vocational education.Considering the problems seriously influenc-ing students' employment in vocational colleges-weak in the aim of talent cultivating,non-ideal in employment guidance and effect,backward in course design,and inferior in practical teaching,etc.-vocational education should increase students' professional operation skills and comprehensive quality based on employment,practice effective employment guidance,and strengthen competitive ability of graduates' employment to increase their employment ability.
