The Treating Experiment of 20% Triclabendazole Against Sheep’s Fasciola Hepatica

It was evidence that the effecting a cure of 20% Triclabendazole against sheep’s Fasciola hepatica. Positive sheep were identified and then were divided into five groups. A group of 10mg/kg BW 20% Triclabendazole; B group of 6.6mg/kg BW 20% Triclabendazole; C group of 5mg/kg BW 20% Triclabendazole; D group of 10mg/kg BW 5% Triclabendazole; E group of blank control. According the weight of the experiment's sheep, above-mention medicine were used by injecting or oral. In A to D group, the reduced rate of eggs and the sketchy anthelmintic rate were 100% on 10th days. The accurate anthelmintic rate were attaching 98.3%～100%. Triclabendazole against sheep’s Fasciola hepatica is ideal medicine.
