The powers in university are between the various management levels and different interest groups.And its ecology refers to the distribution and relationship of powers.The power structure of the universities in our country is made up of political power,administrative power and academic power.The unbalanced structure causes administrative power politicization,academic power administration.To achieve the optimization of management system within universities and to make new power ecology,the harmony but not sameness rules of power structure operation must be followed.
