Abstract

This article has compared the present study of science and technology innovation evaluation,from the scientific innovation investment ability,productive ability,Capability,administrative capacity,four aspects construct the evaluation system of enterprise science and technology innovation capability.Finally,take the enterprises of LuoYang as examples,verify the evaluation index system.
