The Research on Sustainable Innovation Ability Evaluation System of the Small and Mid-sized Technology Enterprise

The technology enterprise serves the public with science and technology achievement and it plays an important role in promoting regional economy and technology innovation.The sustainable innovation ability is an important factor of the technology enterprise follow-up development.The sustainable innovation ability evaluation can provide decision reference for the follow-up development of enterprises.By surveying and literature analysis,the paper has established evaluation system of sustainable innovation ability of the small and mid-sized technology enterprise,which includes team learning index,strategy management capability index,resource control ability index,technology research and development capability index,enterprise organizational capability index and customer knowledge management capability index.The paper has determined the weight of evaluation index through the information entropy and also has conducted an evaluation method and empirical analysis based on slope similarity between two vectors by improving grey relational degree.The paper has enriched both theoretical and empirical research of sustainable innovation ability of the small and mid-sized technology enterprise through the empirical analysis and theory research.
