Abstract

By analyzing the core competitiveness of enterprises and technical innovation of many domestic and foreign scholars,summarizing and concluding the existing enterprise technology innovation assessment methods,in the framework of enterprise innovation capability evaluation of four dimensions(technological innovation,management innovation,market innovation and system innovation),this paper set up the enterprise technological innovation capability index evaluation system and its feasible method of measurement.
