County Urbanization:Solution to Rural Surplus Labor Force in Gansu Provice

The existence of a huge surplus of rural labor force has now becoming one of the most prominent problems in solving the issue of Agriculture,countryside,and farmers.On the basis of ac-celerating the development of small towns in the countryside,it is now the decisive factor to promote the employment status at the same time so as to succeed in the rural reform in China.This pa-per,through analyzing the present situation of China' s county urbanization and the problems turning up during the process of the transfer of rural labor force,puts forward some corresponding measures and solutions in dealing with these problems.
