Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Sevoflurane inhalation induction of anesthesia in pediatric surgery.Methods Included 92 pediatric patients for elective surgery,divided into sevoflurane and ketamine group according to the method of anesthesia after obtained informedconsent.After given anesthesia,observing pain reflex time,eyelash reflex time,awake time(eyes or body movement).Results Sevoflurane pain reflex time,eyelash reflex time of sevoflurane group was slightly more than ketamine group,but the difference wasnot statistically significant(P0.05),awake time od sevoflurane group was shorter than ketamine group(P0.05).Conclusions Sevoflurane Anesthesia with rapid,easy to control,faster awake time,less pain in pediatric surgery is worthy of clinical application.
