Abstract
Objective To get the endothelial progenitor cells from Rabbit Bone Marrow in Vitro. Methods Long bone marrow of 1w rabbit was taken, whose endothelial progenitor cells were separated and cultured by the method of density gradient centrifugation combined with differential adhesion. Results More objective cells can be obtained, which proved to be in accordance with the morphological characteristics of endothelial progenitor cells, and can absorb and combine with DIL-ac-LDL and FITC-UEA-1.Conclusion More endothelial progenitor cells from bone marrow can be obtained by the method of density gradient centrifugation combined with differential adhesion.
