Abstract

In order to lay a foundation for regulation techniques of secondary bearing in C. mollissima Bl.by hormones, taking Zunyu with secondary bearing characteristic as materials, contents of endogenous hormones were determined during secondary flower bud differentiation by high performance liquid chromatography, relationship between secondary flower bud differentiation and hormone contents were studied. The results indicated that during the process of flower bud differentiation, the contents of ZT and ABA were increased significantly, but the contents of GA_3 and IAA were decreased significantly.A conclusion that high level of ZT and ABA or low level of GA_3 and IAA benefited flower bud differentiation could be drawn.Higher ratios of ZT to GA_3,ZT to IAA,ABA to GA_3 and ABA to IAA benefited flower bud differentiation in C.mollissima Bl.for the balance relationship among the hormones.
