Abstract

[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of compound flumetasone ointment in the treatment of chronic eczema.[Methods]78 patients with chronic eczema in People's Hospital Affiliated to Inner Mongolia Medical College from August 2008 to August 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group(40 cases) was treated with compound flumetasone ointment for external use,and the control group(38 cases) was given triamcinolone acetonide acetate ointment for external use,for 2 weeks. The therapeutic effect and the adverse reactions were observed.[Results]The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 92.5% and 76.3% respectively, and the difference was significant(χ2=4.096 6,P0.05).[Conclusion]The compound flumetasone ointment in the treatment of chronic eczema has a satisfactory curative effect and better safety, which is better than triamcinolone acetonide acetate ointment, and it is worth popularizing in clinical application.
