Effect of Yishen Daozhuo Decoction(益肾导浊汤)on Glomerulus Calcium in Experimental Chronic Renal Failure in Rabbits

Abstract

The experimental chronic renal failure (CRF) rabbits were treated with Yishen Daoxhuo Decoction (YSDZD).It was found that YSDZD could improve renal function and inhibit the glomerulus calcium overload. It suggested that YSDZD had significant effect of preventing and treating CRF and this was probably relevent to the inhibition of glomerulus calcium overload.
