Effect of the Community-based Individualized Nursing Intervention on Quality of Life of Patients with Heart Failure

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of community-based individualized nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with heart failure.Methods:Continuously collected 126 patients with heart failure,and randomly divided into the test group and the control group,63 patients in each group.The individualized nursing intervention and routine nursing were used in the study group,while only routine nursing was used in the control group.The outcomes were evaluated by WHOQOL each month,continuous three times.Results:The significant difference was observed between the two groups.After the individual nursing intervention,there were significant improvements of the quality of life in the treatment group(P0.05).Conclusion:Effective community-based individualized nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life of the patients with heart failure.
