Abstract
[Objective]One digestion can simultaneously determine various trace metal elements to improve the efficiency and to meet the inspection and quarantine system's requirements of rapid,high-efficiency and accuracy.[Methods] Through the test and analysis to find the best method of digestion and determination of 6 trace metal elements of Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Pb、Cd,the comparison of atomic absorption spectroscopy(AAS)-wet digestion and Inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)-microwave digestion method.[Results] Under selected experimental conditions, recovery rate and coefficient of variation of ICP-AES-microwave digestion method was 97.2%~104.1% and 1.19%~3.54% respectively;that of AAS-wet digestion was 95.5%~ 98.7%,and 1.26%~4.58% respectively.Microwave digestion, digestion fast, used less reagent;wet digestion, with a long time digestion, was vulnerable to be polluted with the loss of elements.[Conclusion] ICP-AES method with low detection limit, high precision, linear range, can be used for high, medium and low content in a variety of elements measurements simultaneously.AAS method with low detection limit, small sample volume, cumbersome operation and long time digestion, can only determine 1 element for each time.ICP-AES microwave method, which is simple, rapid and accurate,is suitable for the determination of 6 trace metals of Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,Cd,Pb in pollen.
