Abstract
[Objective]To establish the method for determination of 10 kinds of trace elements in pollen simultaneously.[Methods]The samples were treated by microwave digestion, and ICP-AES method was used for determination of 10kinds of trace metal elements of chromium, zinc, copper, manganese, arsenic, iron, lead, cadmium, selenium and aluminum.[Results]The recovery of ICP-AES combined with microwave digestion was 93.2%~107.8%,the relative standard deviation was 1.58%~3.44%.[Conclusion]ICP-AES combined with microwave digestion is simple, fast, accurate, and suitable for determination of 10 kinds of trace elements in pollen.
