Abstract
Objective To investigate the preemptive analgesia effect of flurbiprofen axetil combined with fentanyl in patients underwent chest surgery. Methods Seventy-five patients scheduled for chest surgery were randomly into three groups. The patients in group A were injected intravenously flurbiprofen axetil 100 mg at 30 min before the end of surgery, and those in group B were injected intravenously flurbiprofen axetil 50 mg before operation and at 30 min before the end of surgery.PCIA was given flurbiprofen axetil 150 mg and fentanyl 0.5-0.6 mg in groups of A and B.The patients in group C were injected intravenously flurbiprofen axetil 100 mg at 30 min before the end of surgery and PCIA was given fentanyl 0.8-1.0 mg.The analgesic effect was evaluated by VAS score at 0,4,8,24 h after surgery, sedation scores and the times required for supplemental bolus, the amount of fentanyl used in postoperative 24 h,and the side effects were recorded. Results There were no differences among three groups in SBP,DBP,HR,SpO2,VAS scores, sedation scores and the times required for supplemental bolus. The amount of fentanyl used in postoperative 24 h was lower ingroups of A and B than that in group C(P0.01).The incidences of nausea, vomiting and somnolence were less in groups of A and B than those in group C.Conclusion Intravenous analgesia of flurbiprofen axetil combined with fentanyl offers favorable analgesic effect and is able to reduce fentanyl requirement and side effects in patients underwent chest surgery.
