Abstract
This paper analyzes the problem about wetland distribution and its around environment by the case study of Beigu Mountain in Zhenjiang City,and discusses the restriction factors about ecological construction from the point of view of wetland landscape design.It concludes that the expected performance would be achieved on the base of the theory of ecological design of holism and system,and the integrity of wetland ecosystem,the scientifically based arrangement of landscape components and its structures,as well as properly utilizing and protecting the environment of wetland,are the key components during the design of wetland in urban landscapes.
