Abstract
The middle reach of Yangtze River is one of the wetland areas with typical features in China. So it is significant to implement wetland ecological restoration in these areas. In the middle reaches of Yangtze River, wetland ecological environment are worsening because of many human and physical factors. Relations between rivers and lakes change enormously which affects natural evolvement of wetland ecosystem and exertion of wetland function. Therefore, we must strengthen studying the wetland areas and take active measures to rehabilitate wetland environment. According to these, this paper puts forward the basal aims and pivotal problems to solve around wetland rehabilitation in middle reaches of Yangtze River.
