On Amendment to State Compensation Law

Abstract
State compensation Law,which has been implemented 12 years that has many problems in the aspect of compensation scope,imputation principle,compensation standard and state compensation recovery right,has not fit in with current state compensation demands.So hearing procedure of state compensation should be perfected to realize judicial justice.Legal system about state debt reclamation in China should be established as soon as possible to guarantee state exert compensation recovery right.Furthermore,state compensation system should be further reformed to establish state compensation management system with Chinese Characteristics.
