Abstract
The laboratory is a major component of the national scientific and technological innovation system which is playing an increasingly important role in universities' teaching,research and personnel training.In this paper,concerning the university laboratory management issue,a number of points on laboratory construction and management are recommended,and some measures of laboratory management in Northwestern Polytechnical University are introduced.
