Abstract
In the light of the problems existing in the work of university laboratory,this paper discusses on the necessity and importance of strengthening the scientific management of university laboratory,and points out that the reform of the management system of university laboratory is the pre-condition of strengthening the scientific management of the laboratory,and establishment of the high quality personnel ranks is the key of strengthening the scientific management of the laboratory.
