Abstract

Instruments and equipment,management and team building are mainly problems of current laboratory management.Those problems seriously affected the laboratory construction and teaching,and not conducive to the development of laboratory.In this paper, Laboratory Construction and Management were discussed and concrete measures were put forward for improvement;It plays an important role in improving the quality of teaching.
