Effect of self-made Tiaozhi decoction and simvastatin on patients with hyperlipemia

Objective To study clinical therapeutic effect of self-made Tiaozhi decoction and simvastatin on patients with hyperlipemia.Methods One hundred and thirty-two patients with hyperlipemia were divided into control group and observation group,sixty-six cases in each group.The patients were treated with simvastatin in control group,based on this,the self-made Tiaozhi decoction was used in observation group.Therapeutic effect and serum lipids were analyzed.Results Total effective rate was higher in observation group than that in control group(P0.05).There were no significant difference in total cholesterol(TC),triglyeride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),ApoA1 and ApoB between two groups before treatment(P0.05).After treatment,there was no significant change in APoA1 in two groups(P0.05),while TC,TG,LDL-C and ApoB descended and HDL-C ascended in observation group(P0.05,P0.01);TC,TG,LDL-C and ApoB also decreased in control group(P0.05),but HDL-C changed little and there was no statistical significance(P0.05);TC,LDL-C and ApoB in observation group were lower than those in control group after treatment(P0.05),but there were no significant difference in TG,HDL-C and ApoA1 between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Using self-made Tiaozhi decoction and simvastatin to treat the patients with hyperlipemia can obtain significant curative effect.
