Abnormal condition of sleep in elderly hypertensive patients and nursing intervention

Objective To understand the quality of sleep in elderly hypertensive patients and its influencing factors.Methods In this paper,elderly hypertensive patients were treated with the investigation,the quality of sleep in elderly hypertensive patients and its influencing factors,and targeted implementation of nursing interventions.Results 52 cases hypertensive patients have varying degrees of sleep disorders.The main factors affecting the environment unfamiliar,daytime activities,less noisy,and anxiety.After intervention in patients with clinical symptoms and blood pressure than before the intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The sleep quality of elderly hypertensive patients is poor.Targeted implementation of nursing interventions can help to improve sleep quality in patients,Conducive to the stability and control of hypertensive.
