Abstract
Classical institution of personal right is simple and imperfect.With social development,personal right of legal person which was of pure personal right becomes a right with dual characters of personal right and property right.It is necessary to be separated from personal right of natural person and establish institution of general personal right of legal person.If we want to safeguard both spiritual and property personal interests of legal person,it is indispensable to give necessary remedies to spiritual damages of personal right of legal person.
