A Study of Personal Right of Legal Person

Abstract
The development of personal right of legal person has experienced a long period of time. In theory circle there are three different kinds of views on whether a legal person is entitled to personal right or not, which are the supposed system theory of legal person, the negation theory of legal person and the realist theory of legal person. This paper illustrates that a legal person is entitled to personal right by analyzing the development of personal right of legal person and its existing theoretical basis.
