Abstract

The general personal right is the legal demonstration of the relationship of personality of a natural person. The value of general personal right in civil law lies in respecting and protecting the freedom and dignity of mankind. Owning to the fact that the personal right of a legal person is technically designed just for meeting the needs of economical life, the stipulations of the general personal right provided in civil law cannot be applied to a legal person.
