"Requirement Salary" as an Exploration of Salary Model in Enterprises

Abstract

As the market-oriented economy progresses,enterprises transform their models of salary management. Influenced by customary practices,the present salary model still has lots of defects. Under this circumstance,a new salary model termed as Requirement Salary inevitably comes into existence by seeking theoretical enlightenment from the design of broadband salary.
