Effect Analysis of Valproic Acid combined with Lamotrigine in the Rreatment of Epilepsy

Objective Analysis of valproic acid combined with lamotrigine efficacy and safety in the clinical treatment of patients with epilepsy. Method The clinical selection of our hospital in 38 epileptic patients treated in 2013 June-2014 year in June, and divided into two groups, the implementation of different clinical treatment methods, comparative analysis of the observation group and the control group of patients. Result Controlled clinical treatment group and the patients in the observation group the total effective rate were 73.68% and 94.74%, they are significantly different(P0.05); clinical observation of adverse reactions of patients in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was significant(P 0.05). Conclusion Valproic acid combined with lamotrigine significantly effective treatment of epilepsy, is worth the clinical promotion.
