Abstract

China’s economy of geology and minerals industry has gradually developed with the establishment and reform of market economic structure and management system of minerals industry. With the goal-setting and in-depth development of socialist market economic system, the subject of mineral resources development has broken the state monopoly of the operation; and more subjects have involved in the field of mineral resource exploration. Mining rights is the key features and basic mark of the economy of geology and minerals industry. This paper argues that under the new situation of the rapid development of the socialist market economy, timely exploring the front-line theory and accurately studying and determining the direction of development will help us to understand and grasp the objective laws and internal requirements of economic development of geology and minerals industry, and will help facilitate and promote the economic development of the of geology and minerals industry.
